Our Founder, Ronald Conroy, is the former owner/operator of a highly successful, Silicon Valley Consulting Firm. Ron established the firm, hired, trained and developed the staff of Account Managers (Sales & Recruitment) to become a recognized provider of high-tech consultants to Silicon Valley clientele.
His firm developed an excellent reputation and was known to be able to find the “difficult-to-find” consultants, as well as being able to give the client exactly what they had asked for, in talent and service.

Ron was recognized as one of the “Best Recruiters” in the Valley, by peers and clients, alike. He has a Passion for the Consulting Industry and has a knack at being able to build long-lasting business relationships. He is a dedicated professional with integrity, is focused and trustworthy.
In March of 1997, the sale of Ron’s Firm was finalized. For the next two years, with no-material changes, he continued to grow the firm through his earn-out. Ron returned to Minnesota, with his family to be with aging parents and family.
Ron has set-up Conroy Consulting LLC to bring that same level of service and integrity to the greater Minneapolis/St Paul marketplace.
Conroy Consulting, LLC founded early in 2006, has been established to source and secure a client base of companies seeking quality, client-specific service within the Information Technology (IT) realm.
