Conroy Consulting, LLC, takes the time and effort necessary to fully understand each individual client’s service requirements. We do this through a scheduled, in-depth and focused interview, at the client’s convenience. Because of this uniquely designed and structured approach, a high degree of trust and respect are mutually gained between client and us.

With information gathered in our client meetings, and with specific opportunity requirements specified and clearly defined, (including job description, technical qualifications identified, billing rate clarified and start date determined) Conroy’s staff is fully prepared to source, identify and secure the most highly skilled and ‘best’ qualified candidate(s) for each project.

Conroy not only insures each prospective candidate is technically qualified, we must be fully satisfied each candidate meets the standards you’ve provided to us.

Conroy is also equipped to provide on-line performance assessment, timecard approval and billings.

Whenever logistically possible, we will invite you in for an in-person interview, and with your permission and assistance create a Video Stream Profile of you. This Video Stream will be used in presenting you to prospective clients.

We are also set-up to allow the clients to give on-line assessments of your work, have on-line timecard approval and billing processes.

We take great care in finding the ideal contract opportunity for you. When your profile matches a need(s) we will contact you promptly, share the opportunity with you, negotiate a fair and equitable rate, and seek your permission to present to the client.

Upon scheduling an interview for you, you will be contacted, followed-up with immediately following the client interview and establish your start date, if the contract has been offered to you.

We also are very good at building a long-lasting relationship with consultants. We view ourselves as a marketing arm for independent consultants, spending great amounts of time on client relationship development, which benefits our consultant candidates.
